We started SunnyRentals because we are passionate about travel and the internet and wanted to combine the two into something useful.
It has become so easy to book a flight or a hotel online, but booking vacation homes or apartments for long or short stays often involves so much hassle. Now, SunnyRentals makes it easy!
Andrew Martyn
Co-founder & Managing Director
Andrew is an Australian who lives in Malmö, Sweden, with his wife, daughter and son. He has been working with internet related business since 1996, having been part of building the first broadband ISP in Australia. Since then, he has developed a passion in building online businesses. He has an MBA from Melbourne Business School. Andrew enjoys good food and wine, running, reading, scuba diving and escaping with the family somewhere new.
Kim Konstantin Sølbeck
VP Sales & Business Development
Kim is 38 years old, from Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. As a commercial director for SunnyRentals, he’s put into work his strong media background – over 13 years in TV Broadcast and web industry, and his positive attitude. He has traveled a lot and enjoys discovering new destinations. Some of his favorites are safari in Kenya and diving in the Red Sea. Although, born and raised in Copenhagen, he’s got a thing for urban life and enjoys London and US cities.
Kevin Helsinghof
VP Marketing & Business Development
Kevin is 39 years old and from Christianshavn, Copenhagen and has a MA in NLP from the Danish NLP Institute in 2006. With more than 14 years in the charter industry as a VP of Kuoni Nordic (Apollo Rejser), Kevin has an extremely broad and not less successful experience in global tourism from Scandinavia. For him, product and quality should always be the focal point of any development. He has of course traveled a lot but is never quite done with discovering the Mediterranean and it’s brilliant qualities.

Anna lives in Copenhagen, Denmark and she serves SunnyRentals.com with her great experience in International Communication. She has great passion for traveling and languages. She has a Master degree in Language and Linguistics. Her dream is to have a nice and comfortable villa in Spain, where she could spend time with her family and friends.
Britta Streatfield
Project Manager
Britta lives in Copenhagen. She has extensive background in the gaming industry, working primarily with affiliate marketing and partnership deals. Her latest experience is from TradeDoubler, where she was responsible for travel clients. Britta has a degree in business management and a degree in Russian Language and culture. She loves traveling and her favorite destination is Las Vegas.
Francette Niyo
Account Manager
Francette lives in Copenhagen. She serves SunnyRentals.com with her 5 years experience in international business and her expertise from Zealand business college, Denmark.She loves to travel and her favorite destinations are the Amalfi coast, Italy, Monte Carlo, Monaco and Mombasa, Kenya. She has a great passion for weekend getaways and her hobby is being a mom to her daughter.
Jakub Ratajczak
Web Developer
Jakub is a Web Developer at SunnyRentals.com, working on new features’ implementation and improving existing ones. He hails from Warsaw and currently lives in Copenhagen. He recently obtained his Master’s degree from Technical University of Denmark (DTU). In his spare time he likes to play video games, read books, watch sport and meet with his friends.
Jesper Jarlskov
Web Developer
Jesper is 24 years old, lives in Copenhagen and has recently returned home from studies in Sydney, Australia. He has joined sunnyrentals.com as a web developer while he completes his master studies in Digital Media Engineering at DTU. In his spare time Jesper likes to enjoy life and good beer, as well as experiencing the world. Especially when the sun is shining.
