Each year, more and more people are choosing to rent a private villa or apartment for their holiday accommodation. In 2011 the European holiday rental industry will generate €20 billion in revenue, with more than one in four European travelers booking a holiday rental property.
Resfeber, one of Scandinavia’s largest online travel agencies has launched a new partnership with SunnyRentals – a leading online provider of holiday homes. Resfeber will provide its users with the possibility to search and book SunnyRentals’s offering of holiday properties from large agencies and private owners.

SR Partner Program beta release
Today we released the public beta of our SunnyRentals Partner Program – a new initiative to spread SunnyRentals content and functionality over the web and gain a lot more targeted guest traffic for our owners.
In a nutshell, it’s an affiliate program where other travel websites and online marketers can add SunnyRentals content to their site and earn money from referring guests and holiday home owners to SunnyRentals.

We’re glad you found SunnyRentals.com – a new global site for holiday property rentals.
There are numerous holiday rental companies and sites around – all competing for the attention of travelers and property owners. So, what makes us different?
1. Our expertise is not in travel, or software development or marketing – it’s in all three.
2. We have developed simple yet powerful tools for property owners and agents, enabling the creation and management of listings, managing enquiries and bookings, marketing to potential guests and more.
3. We have one site for the world. Rather than running a network of sites and making owners pay for listings on each site in each language, our website is developed a global application that is localised for different countries, with different language versions.
4. Our model supports both property agents and rental by owner. There is a market for both and we service each of these segments differently, giving travelers a lot more choice.
5. We’re smaller and more agile. We’re not 500 people, so we can prioritise and improve our site and product quickly. You’ll notice every week or two or three, we will release new features on the site. And we look forward to incorporate your feedback.
